Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

Well I've had it in about 3 times in a total of 16 hours pvp straight.
So I'd say I might of gotten really lucky or blizzard has hotfixed it.

Yea I get a lot of EotS now, over the past few days I have only gotten about 3 SoA
