1. Spam LB when people don't need healing so much.
2. Have some awesomely loud rock music in the background.
3. /dance in between chain heals.
4. get out the vanity pet "Sleepy willy" and /lick him, causes general group disturbance ;D
3. pop heals with one hand, eat, drink and just about everything else with the other hand

I usually heal heroics as elemental and end up 1st or 2nd in dps. Also this:

While it's still healing, one I haven't seen yet is setting up VuhDo cluster mode and only using chain heal. Whack - A - Mole style healing ftw.

Also, drink moar kungaloosh, and then only click on people to heal

the druid part is quite easy as dots do tick on topped off targets

If you want to get a better sense of how to play as a healer, queue for the ICC heroics, as even in a geared group people will still take damage.

Alternatively, emotes are fun. I prefer /dancing with pets. Also Beating one of the dps in damage done is fun.

I watch tv while spamming chain heals on the tank... pretty much garanteed win. just auto follow the tank or a melee
