Full haste gemming?

First things first. Here is my armory link.

This is not meant to be a epeen grower for myself, but just a generalized question. I know there becomes a point where a priest http://www.mmo-champion.com/class-pr...ction=posthits a gear mark that he starts gemming pure 20 haste gems. I do still have alot of gear to upgrade to the heroic version, hence we just start ICC 25 HM (8/12) for the 2nd week. Now, my question is, is my currect gear to that point yet? That gemming spirit and SP isnt really as important as it was with weaker gear, or should I wait till I obtain all new gear. I figured I would leave it up to you forum people, before I spend alot of gold regemming.

Could have looked at the other 5 topics like this that popped up in the last few days...

Holy starts with SP/Int, Int and Int/Spirit gems at the lowest gear levels. They then move to SP, SP/Int and SP/Spirit (T7.5+). They then move to SP, SP/Haste and SP/Spirit (T8.5+). They then move to SP/Haste, Haste and Haste/Spirit (T9.75+). Finally they move to pure Haste, with only a SP/Spirit, or a SP/Haste and Haste/Spirit gem to activate the meta (T10.5+).

You are in full 264, you should be either gemming SP/Haste in red, Haste in yellow, and Haste/Spirit in blue, or gemming almost entirely Haste. Depending on how comfortable you are.

Edit: If you're using the glyph of Renew you should be aiming for either 670, or 900 haste.

Nice, but that was with the 5% buff. There is basically no point where SP beats Haste anymore in ICC. It still does outside ICC, but in ICC the buff makes healing figures go bonkers while incoming damage is pitifully low... so Haste is amazing. 15% and rising +healing? It's getting ridiculous fast.

What were your thoughts on my spec? Im still debating on a few things, like is 3/3 test of faith worth pulling a point from Spell Warding and Healing Prayers to put into it? Or Blessing Resilience? I know the whole critically hit thing isnt really pve worthy, but is the 3% healing worth the waste of 3 points? Would appreciate some insight

ToF > BR >> SW

However, you can't drop points from SW because you won't have enough to get to the next tier. Instead, drop a point from SoL (more than 1 point is a waste, reasons discussed in the link provided by harky) and drop IF (unneeded, small amount of regen and small, undependable throughput) for 3/3 ToF (throughput when you need it most and virtually no overhealing). You will, however, also find that Desperate Prayer is a better use of a single point than 5/5 SW, so I'd also suggest that change.
