My buddy named his shaman Hammerheart. I liked it.
I chose Carpathian because of a band. Actually, most all my char names are related to a band.
Agalloch - Doom Metal band from Oregon
Fleshgrind - Death Metal band from Chicago
Carpathian - Hardcore band from Australia. Also a Black Metal band named Carpathian Forest from Norway.
Ganglion - Song name by the band MirrorthroneLained - 60 Shaman | Lainedtv - 60 Druid | Lainedz - 60 Paladin

I named mine Gooblegobble. Because I couldn't think of a name, and I was watching..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Id4G57HwTEs at the time. The South Park, not the creepy as hell movie after it.

Mine is wodanaz, old germanic form of odin. I've also got Loekee as a lock, and a bunch of old norse named other toons.
I probably should have named him some form of Thor, but meh, i preferred Odin.
