Is there any Battle Groups that's remotely balanced?

Im playing on Grim Batol as ally. Im decent in pvp and know tactics and such for each Battle Ground..

but the rest of the people that queue for BGs are in full pve gear.. not even pvp trinket and it has started to eat me alive why there's no "filter" that seperates those who wants to have fun and those who only queue for the daily 25 arenapoints..

for instance..
SotA tonight. ally broke through 1 gate in our round. and we werent even camp ganked.. Horde broke through and won in 2minutes and 55seconds, which isnt really fast at all but all my teammates were still on the beach..

Yes it's a QQ thread and no it's not a troll..

okay. then tell me how the filter works in arena. fully wrathfull pricks starting new teams and going 100-0 on streaks because there's no log over their past arena rating?
