changed some talents and glyphs because you need imp hammer and GbtL to decrase CD on stun and Avenger's Shield is prio nr1 for prot/ret

you know i'm talking about arena right? some of the stuff i put up on the talents i posted seem more useful imo. i find seal of command more useful, i'd rather keep the one i'm gonna use.
