Well they did this in BC, expect they nerfed all bosses hp 30% and you had no choice. Now you have a progessive buff and the raid was designed around the buff. Have fun doing new bosses with your 20% buff!

Where abouts were you at the end of TBC when most people never got passed SSC/TK before the 30% nerf came to ALL content and most people still never saw the insdie of Sunwell past the first trash pull.
