dalaran or exodar tbh i personally voted dalaran due to the fact that it's made mainly of magic and well magic is kinda the x factor. no idea what exactly enough magic can do and it could possibly prove to be the counter to technoligy.
also they both can fly giving them an huge advantage over the earthbind cities like IF and SW!
