New Legend of Zelda soon TBA?

Ok I've read in multiple places that a new Legend of Zelda game for the Wii has been in development for some time now and Nintendo's president said a few months ago

"In less than 365 days you shall be playing a new Legend of Zelda game"

The big controversy, however, lies in the released art for the game, which displays a mysterious blue character behind Link (the developers prompt us to notice Link isn't holding his sword).

Any predictions as to
A; The identity of this blue character
B; What gameplay changes will be made
C; What the name of the new game will be
D; How awesome it will be.

Not that you guys have to conform to answering in lettered order or anything....

From what I have heard from multiple sources (IGN, Gamespot etc.), the veil will be removed at E3, and most of the information about the new game will be released

True, but I believe he is refering to the release date.

OT: I think the figure has something to do with the master sword. If you lock close enough link isnt holding one.

Going to have to put WoW on hold for a while when it comes out, as long as it is not not around the same time Cata comes out

I wonder is this a direct sequel to TP (as in it involves the same Link from that game).

It could be the Fairy Queen like Rantus said, or it could be a Maiden of the seven Sages.
