Protadin Addon

Hi there, I used to have a Protadin addon that showed me, and icon as to wether Divine plea was active, a bar for how long was left and also a button to show if I had righteous fury on, does anyone know the name of that addon?, I searched curse and wowinterface with no luck.

It was a small addon that saves me at having to look at all my buffs when in a situation where I am tanking.
