This. People see anything that sounds a bit like something from WoW and claim a rip off. Many threads like this after Avatar came out too, WoW didn't come up with everything, a lot of its lore is based on other things.

Um you do know that the game came out in Nov of 2006 right? So if anything...Blizz ripped them off.

LOTR is about 70 years old now. Everything in it was out YEARS before anything else was, which makes just about everything with the words "Orcs", "Elves", or so on, is a direct knockoff of LOTR.
