EnhSim showed around 30-40dps loss when using Umbrage Armbands over HC Scourge Hunter's Vambraces. Heroic version might be BiS, but normal version is not.

Also if the ArP boots/trinket make it into BiS list, ArP is a stat that would perform better with the 277 bracers over the leather.

I've mainly decided to wait and see how everything pans out when it is fully tested than to try and figure it out early.
