Not really. If you have on use trinkets and forget to use them, you could macro them in with your spells, but that's about it.

I think the first question you would have to ask is "What would you like to macro?". Personally, I don't use many macros. I have one which is fairly useful:

/cast Force of Nature
/petattack

This just casts FON as always, but if FON is up, it goes to attack my current target. Its very helpful on stuff like the Lich King fight, where pets might run wild.

I use this macro to instantly shift out of and reshift into Moonkin Form. It uses on GCD but it saves you one key stroke and a few ms of brain lag.

this if the stars align (you have just triggered Lunar and Hero/Bloodlust goes off). It uses the trinkets for the most damage you could ever do.

the powershift macro doesn't have that many usses out of 5 man heroics.

I really only use informational macros:

Tell in /ra who I'm rezzing, and do /targetlasttarget afterwards

/w the person I'm innervating (to let him know his request was granted).

And some boss-specific macros (like targeting macros etc.)

Be that as it may, you'll have to change the macro each time you get a new trinket by naming the trinket. I've always found it better to use the armor slot number.

How often do you get new trinkets? :P Its not excactly raining trinkets in WoW :P

Well the only Moonkin specific macros i got is...

All it does is to make it possible to spam the spells, without disabling it again.
