I'd like some advice on my gear and what do to next (PVE). I know I got some pvp gear but at the moment I don't got any better (except i232 T9 <a href="http://www.wowhead.com/item=48602">chest</a> which I don't got on me atm and a neck that I'm not sure if I should use or not <a href="http://www.wowhead.com/item=50228" target="_blank" >Barbed Ymirheim Choker</a>. But I'm working on replacing them.
I've been thinking of crafting the ICC BS <a href="http://www.wowhead.com/item=49906" target="_blank" >boots</a> and <a href="http://www.wowhead.com/item=49903" target="_blank" >leggings</a> but I'm not sure if it's such a good idea considering the ArP and that I don't got enough expertise, and will get even less if I switch leggings..
I'll also soon buy my next T10 item, probably the gloves but haven't quite decided yet. Some input on that aswell would be nice. And any advice on where I could get another decent trinket would be nice, observe that I'm not a raider, if i raid it's usually pug ICC10 or weekly (At least atm.).
Go for T10 helm next. Most common retribution settings go for 4 x T10 without either hands or chest, I think, depending on your hit rating and on whether you have access to some items or not. Legs and gloves might drop from VoA anyway. Buy the head.
Use 2 x T9 and 2 x T10 until you can go for 4 x T10. I'm not sure what off-set gear would you need to out DPS level 232 T9 2-pc bonus. Anycase you should save frost emblems for more T10, so no biggie (therefore don't craft any ICC item if it means you're gonna buy Saronites with your own emblems).
Use the Barbed Ymirheim Choker, your current neck only gives a better amount of attack power, some useless hit (you're well above the hit cap) and some half-decent ArP.
Buy Darkmoon Card: Greatness if you can afford it (should be kind of cheap nowadays).
You should have put crit/str gem in your helm because of the socket bonus (and pure str in your belt, since we're at it). Anyway you're gonna replace the helm all together, so nevermind.
Get the libram from Emblems of Triumph for boss fights. Keep current one for when you use Seal of Command.
Ah, and get rawr (http://rawr.codeplex.com/) so you can seek for upgrades by yourself. I don't know how reliable it is at moment, but it's usually quite decent for retribution paladins.
You said that I shouldn't get the ICC stuff crafted. Well the thing is I've already gotten most of the materials (including the saronites) for at least one of them (didn't use any emblems). So should I just sell them? Or craft one of them. Like the boots. Then I could still get the 2pc T9 bonus from the chest and legs.
I don't know. I would leave legs and go directly for T10. You might get boots, but pretty similar (better) boots drop from Lady Deathwhisper 25-man (http://www.wowhead.com/item=49983).
In ICC 10, some decent plate boots drop from Gunship Battle (http://www.wowhead.com/item=50788).
So, it depends on what you wanna do with gear. I am not the kind of person that would spend much gold on gear that I might replace quickly, unless it's for hardcore raiding; it's about your personal taste. Get the boots if you want as big upgrade as you can get right now. Get the boots if they will let you access better ICC 10 and 25 PuGs. Else, keep your current boots and try to get the ones from Halls of Reflection heroic (tiny upgrade over your current ones), or get 1.4k arena rating for the Wrathful PvP boots (tiny upgrade over the ones from HoR). And while running HoR heroic you might as well get the ring (http://www.wowhead.com/item=50306) which is better than your current PvP ring.
Depends on the value you give to gold and the value you give to gear :P
