It is accepted that Veranus was changed into Razorscale.

Ignis turned her into Razorscale who was then killed and gave us some lewtz that we no longer use

As others have said, she is now Razorscale, but Blizzard could have made it much more obvious.

Ignis turned her into razorscale and after we defeated her Brann saved Razorscale from dying,stuffed her into a box,and sent it to the people with Gloty of the Ulduar raider(25-man) so they can use her as a mount
