The easiest way through professions, would be with herbalism or mining, or better, combined.
Having a flying mount on a toon with those 2 would make u loads of gold fast. If not, i would go with herbalism. Just flying around & picking up herbs. Also having the random Frost Lotus, and crystallized life drop from herbs makes it more profitable.
U can sell the herbs, or if u have a elixir master, make flasks and get some lucky procs for more profit.

My only concern would be that you cannot track herbs and minerals at the same time. i would probably go with LW because then as they say, the spawns come to you.

yeah but JC is such a pain to level, its a little expensive. probs best to make your DK a JC
