Glyphs and spec for warlock in around 251 avg ilevel items

i was wondering what glyph and spec is the best to use,
accourding to ej the improved soul leech build will give highest dps in high end gear.
atm im using glyph of imp but wonder if lifetap or immolate whould be better,
i know that atm im under hit cap i have another weapon that put me on 14%

That is quite possibly one of the dumbest advices ive heard on this forum yet.

did you bother looking at his stats?

You are hit capped at 394 infact you would be ok lowering it to 368 for 14% from gear, and keep a hit peice around to juggle for 10 mans where you dont have 3% hit from boomkin or shadowpriest.

I would get the crafted boots if possible, change to glyph of immolate and work on shuffling peices around or get drops that would give you more haste.

Your gear is fine your spec is fine just minor tweaks.

Gearing does not change enough to matter from 251 through best in slot. Any sticky/guide updated for 3.3.3 will be relevent to you.

drop immolate glyph for life tap IMO. for spec, drop soul leech, drop 1 point in destructive reach, put 1 in shadowfury( situational), get soul link, fel dom, and out 2 points into unholy power.

For actual advice, use simcraft with modified specs like the standard aff or demo spec. stay away from destro. if you go destro you may as well be a fire mage honestly. Either be useful for the raid (demo) or put out the pain and be also useful tot eh raid (afflictionm 5% crit debuff). Demo and aff are pretty darn close in DPS to eachother and I believe destro is the worst for dps in numbers, but people do it cos they are lazy and cannot juggle a few dots or don't like being called a demo bitch.

Nothing wrong with going destro, especially if you are running 10 mans, and they need a stunn / heavy nuke.
