We can't help you without an armory link, we have no idea how much hit you have.

    1. You should link Your Armory, these staves have different stats and without knowing your current stats we aren't able to answer Your question.

    2. You should check this out

    3. Don't forget to check Your hit rating before you decide to use [Abracadaver]. If You are already at hit cap without the staff:

they're both not optimal, one has too much hit to hastle around (you'd either get over the cap or under), and the other has spirit.

But if this is your current choice:
    - if you're hit capped without the weapon = Mag'hari
    - if you're undercap by no more than 50 = Mag'hari and get a nexk/finger etc with hit
    - if you'reunder the cap by more than 50 = Abracadaver

It's really pest or colera :P You have to decide between equal haste, equal SP, and then either hit or spirit. The use ability on Abra is not very strong, and is more of a novelty effect than anything useful.

If you are low on hit, use Abracadaver. If your hit is fine without it, use the Cheiftain's staff. Spirit is not optimal, but you will still get 40 spell power from the spirit on that staff.
