Goblins DKs make more sense then Draenei DKs.

Why arent there any naga DKs, or Quilboar DKs, or kitten DKs, or Faceless one DKs, or Harpy DKs, or Rock DKs, or Dragon DKs, or Taunka DKs, or Nerubian DKs, or Fire Elemental DKs, or Fel Reaver DKs?

There's evidence of DKs in other races. The only one that specifically comes to mind is the Magnataur.

By the time Arthas arrived to Northrend goblins already had several mercenary camps and stores. By the time of WOTLK arrived the Steamwheedle goblins had already spread out and created a town called Stormpeaks that opposed the Lich king. Most notably there are many goblins in the Warsong offensive who are seen fighting out in the field and there are even goblin members of the Kor'kron elite in the Airship event. Along with Tuskarr, they are the only npc race who are in the Argent Crusade. By contrast the Draenei are seen alot less in Northrend.

Thats plenty of opportunity for goblins to have been raised as Death knights. Bilgewater in way excluded itself and was cartel isn't an ethnicity either and it is not uncommon for goblins to change cartels.

Negridoom, theres no possibility to make DKs from things that are not living...for example Fel Reaver is a machine, not an actual living being and fire elementals are elementals...you dont see many undead elementals there?

Theres alrdy Quilboar "DKs", those deathcallers or wut they are called in RFD...they are dead and raised but they arent knights tho :P why would they? too weak to lift a sword!
Faceless Ones arent really a living being either, they are already pure evil because they are Yogg-sarons minions....not like theres many Demon DKs either?

Undead Death Knights make even less sense.
You were once a happy human and plague killed you. You raised as an undead. After that Lich King killed you and raised again, this time as Death Knight. But at Lich King fight he kills you again and tries to raise you from dead AGAIN!
