what helm to pick?

Hello im a little confused i have the helm from onyxia 25 atm but last night Snowserpent Mail Helm http://www.wowhead.com/item=49952 dropped in icc25 im playing MM atm and the onyxia helm has arp on it but at the same time the icc helm looks pretty damn nice to i have 535 arp atm :I
