When I use Typhoon a lot of the times the graphic doesn't show up. Is this just me?

it doesnt show up for me like 50% of the time, but only when standing still. if i am jumping or runing it always shows up.

same here. In fact, I almost always jump before typhooning (if i have the time) just so I can see the graphic.

It still does damage, and knocks (if unglyphed)
I cannot see an issue with it not showing up all the time in PvE.

it's fun and better!
why?
1. the wave is big and it makes the effect horribly unpractical in the field
2. the wave is not really pretty...
3. without the wave it looks like a Jedi force push, yay!
i like it bugged
