Hi i wana know what the resillicane cap are for disc priest and how to gem as one

What is a resillicane?

All priest speccs scale very well with Resilience and you'll want as much as you can get. 1200 is advised before you start shifting priorities.

Once you have close to BiS PvP gear you'll want to shift from gemming resilience to Haste.

Gemming in general:

Red - Haste/Spellpower

Yellow - Resilience or Haste (depending on overall gear),

Blue - spell-penetration/spellpower (at least 70, soft-cap is 130).
