Pve spell resist

Does any one else have the problem when tanking seeing roughly 10% of each abaility getting resisted in ICC? watching my screen i see my seals, Judgements, Hammer...pretty much every offencive spell i throw getting a minor resist.

Just wondering if theres anything i can stack to reduce it or eliminate it, ive seen other posts saying you can get reid of it but spell pen will reduce the amount. I havnt seen any other tank geming it or having spell pen enchants, does any one else have this issue?

For example, A level 70 player casts a fire spell at a level 73 raid boss with no innate resistance. The level difference is 3, so the raid boss has effectively 15 resistance to all schools against the level 70 caster. No matter how much spell penetration the caster has, his spell's resist check will always be done as if the target had 15 resistance.

As i have read in many forums now, there is nothing i can do but enjoy the resists until blizz decide whetjer or not to change it :

it happen with every spell class ingame, they wont change it
