30K isn't hard for a lot of classes/specs. My Obliterate(MH and OH damage combined) crits for over 30k regularly.

Damage is hard with the 20% buff.

Im one of them. Amplify MAgic on boss, priest wings, i pop my hp trinkets, Avenging Wrath, and 160k is my Highest crit with LOH the other day

Affliction lock doing drain soul,
Demo lock during the execute phase,
Arcane mage,
Fire mage pyroblasting during lucky procs overlap,
Kill shot of a hunter,
Ferocious Bite of a feral druid,

and maybe other possibilities that I missed.

All of these can easily do above 30k per execution.

First you don't say if it is a heal or damage ability, second pretty much every class has at least 1 spec that can do a 30k ability. I do 30k+ crits on my feral druid all the time.
