Heals over frame pitbull4 - how to disable?

Maybe I'm just stupid but I can't find out how to get rid of this. Tonight I got pitbull4 to replace SuF, and I can't figure out how to make the heals on the player frames go away - or at least how to even change the text...

That is the combat text, and you can only enable/disable or change the location/formatting like any other text.

Layout Editor and select the layout that is assigned to the frames you want it removed from.
Texts - and under Current Text select Combat Text.
Uncheck the Enable checkbox.
