All I can really think of is that I find it amazing how can a player who obviously PvPs a lot never really get over 1800 in arenas. Not to mention he is a rogue, class that works in all seasons at all rating in many comps.

No the count is correct it include all kills ever,if you press H when in wow it says your kills there so achievement system takes it from there.
