Resto Tank Healing

I haven't tank healed in awhile but my guild lacks HPallys.
I was assigned on a tank during Sindragosa 25 Hard Mode.

I was using ES->LHW and riptide and HW if the tank was taking alot of damage (LHW glyph). But I was wondering if spamming HW would be a better option?
I have 3/3 Healing way and maybe getting a HW glyph would also be a good idea.
Also I am not sure about the healing advantage from ancestral awakening while spamming HW.

I am not sure about the mana constraint of spamming HW as I havent tried it.
I am just wondering if other shammies are in a similar position and what kind of spell rotation they use for tank healing?

If you use riptide + 2pc and HW spam you will probably go OOM pretty quickly without regemming or something.

When I have to tank heal I generally do what you already said, LHW (glpyhed) spam. I generally keep riptide on CD though, the 2pc doesn't do much for LHW but the extra crit chance to LHW from Tidal Waves does.
