Feral Kitty heroic greatspear vs distant land

Title says it all.
Can't provide an armory as my 2 specs as of current is resto/boom... gearing up my feral set before I decide to play with it.

Do I want to be using greatspear so I can get to armor pen. cap without the trinket?
With greatspear, armpen is 849. With distant land it's 704

I'd go with great spear personally. especially if you can get to over 1k arp with it and regemming all of your gear to pure arp(1 nm tear)

Weapon with higher item level will be superior regardless of it's other stats. Don't underestimate the difference in feral AP.

I would suggest the ArPen just b/c of "the amazingness" about it for feral. If I'm wrong tell me... and maybe you should actually read/look at the post/SS Immortal, they're both 264.

Greatspear for that comparison and the flexibility the ArP/hit combo gives you, heroic distant land will be better when get it.
