Greetings!

<Mayhem> is a new Guild to Kul Tiras EU with high goals and big aims. We are hope to be aiming for a notable world ranking spot while proceeding to progress in-game at a fast(yet enjoyable) rate in the future. <Mayhem> was called <Eximius> before on Silvermoon EU... Put together by just short of 20-25 raiders from various realms reaching all over Europe. The players recruited were of exceptional quality and we plan to continue our recruitment in the same manner of Dedication/Skill/Experience > Gear in this reform. This has come back and bit us in the backside a few times but we remain resolute.

Our Guild aims to have a fully fledged raiding team by Cataclysm and start raiding together before it hits. We aim to take a minimalist approach. We require a near 100% attendance from our raiders and at a push, a minimum of 90%. This makes for a very tight-knit raiding team with little back-ups.

<Mayhem>’s raid schedule for the future during progression is as follows;

Mondays 20:00-24:00
Tuesday 20:00-24:00
Wednesday 20:00-24:00
Thursday 20:00-24:00
Sunday 20:00-24:00

Do not be afraid to apply if you think your something special or an exceptional player, or have something to offer <Mayhem>. We are always reluctant to let a good catch pass us by!


Things you should know about <Mayhem>;

* Our guild structure is as follows:
Rank 1: Council
Rank 2: Core Raider
Rank 3: Raider
Rank 4: Social
Rank 5: Trial

* You’re expected to raid with a near 100% raid attendance, 90% minimum, not doing so will result in a demotion or a kick if on trial.

* When unable to attend a raid you are expected to post on forums or sms/call the sign out phone. Again, failing to do so will result in a demotion or kick.

* You shall not in anyway draw complaints towards the Guild due to your behaviour, may this be chatting inappropriately in trade, disrupting/harassing other player’s game-play, or flaming/arguing/harassing. Any breaking of this rule will result in a warning or immediate kick depending on the severity.

* <Mayhem> does not have a military-style raid environment, you will not be screamed at on vent, but you will be named and shamed. Everyone is a noob at some point; consistent failure will not be tolerated though. We expect each player to be mature 99% of the time during raids. No one will be holding your hand!

* You must be able to take criticism; it won't be harsh unless it has to be. No one plays a game to be humiliated; you will be spoken to in whisper unless the situation calls for otherwise.

* <Mayhem> members are very social people and love to hang around on vent and talk about random junk, any applicant must be able to speak English adequately and be social!

* <Mayhem> has issues on recruiting players who do not seem like they have the drive and dedication to play. We won't recruit you if you are a guild hopper, unless you can give extremely good reasons to why you have changed your guild a lot recently. We will not recruit you if you seem like you could be quitting in the next 6months either. Also, we would downright decline you if we think you are a consistent re-roller as our raid composition is important to us… We do not want raiders who demand to change their class halfway through progressing an instance.



A few things that will give you a lot more chance of being accepted are;

* WWS / WOL / WMO - Sooner or later players will just be declined immediately if an application doesn't have this information included, we have no other means of assessing how you play.

* PTR experience in the latest content is a big plus. You must be willing to use PTR with us in the future.

* Having exceptional gear is always a plus, but we use a loot council and gearing you up will not be skin off our own back. Be warned though, we will not gear someone up if we do not think they are worth the trouble.

* The bigger the application the bigger your p... Well yea, I get bored at night and a good auto-biography of someone’s in-game experiences passes the time. You get the jist, anything so short that it takes me longer to read the questions than your answers is an instant decline.
