Lvl60/70 Twinking. How?

I am interested in doing this to pass time till Cataclysm Beta or Release...How do you avoid the NoXp BGs that virtually don't exist because of the infinite que times? I have seen some guilds on my server that even run old raids to gear up their Lvl 60/70 alts. Do I have to buy a new account or something? Pay two subscriptions?

Easiest way to twink at level 60 or 70 is obviously getting a new account so you can run the standard BGs without having to worry about leveling, then run raids or whatever with your main leading it and effectively carry your twink, should do the trick.

I wouldn't advise to just freeze the XP on it, as you said, the queue time is unbearable.

I don't get it, you can do the same bgs at level 80...
