I have access to a heroic bryntoll or cryptmaker and currently raiding as arms kinda suck on which to use once one drops. 3.4 vs 3.6 swing speed which is the slow swing speed enough to make up for the talent dps loss comparing axe spec vs mace spec.

Im sure H crypt is BiS, plus mace spec gives 15% more arp.

Quite certain that the ideal arms weapon is neither.
You wanna get the polearm from Lichking, I cannot be arsed to figure out of it's actually better, but it should be.
Also there's some polearm from Bloodqueen that should beat both aswell.

Yes the H BQL polearm is right behind the LK polearm which is pretty much BiS for arms. I would work on getting that if you arent planning on getting shadowmourne.
