He's nerfed each month for 4 months now, and 2 more nerfs are coming his way. Its called the Warsong/Whatever alliance faction, buff.

no need for a nerf we will have the 30% buff soon enough and if you still manage to fail just wait until the talent tree redesigns.
I imagine blizzard is also going to change the stam2health conversion otherwise we will be seeing +500 stam on gear in cataclysm so this will help out as well. (for example imagine getting +15 health per point of stam instead of +10)
