Need some help so i can crunch out some more DPS!!!

Hey so ive been running icc for a while now and im around 8.0k- to 8.5k dps, i know i can do better and i was wonder if it was some jem changes i could make? I know i need some new gear and that will come in due time. I know i need the spyglass drop from 10m gunship and bracers and a ring. But any help would help.

My main shamn is named Lituallup and im a ele shaman on the daggerspine realm.

u are gemming haste that is wrong it should be sp or sp/haste when u have ur 2 blues for meta. The haste trinket from toc 5 normal is better than ur int one and it can be farmed

so waht do u think im gonna replace 3 haste jems with one sp and 2 sp/haste jems, do u think plus try and get spyglasses, would that crank my dps up do u think?

red slots are sp yelow are sp/haste and eny blue slot over the 2 u need is 23 sp
