Resto to elemental

hello, i'm a resto shaman with my guild in ICC 10 3/12 heroic progress.
But i'm gonna switch team because the team i am in now start to earlie.
The other team is in NEED for casters.
So i wanna dual wield spec to elemental.

Now i have some gear questions...

I got some lower Ilvl Ele gear in bank , but don't know to switch or not because of the high lose of stats.

Items in bank: Engraved Gargoyle Femur,Sinner's Confession ,Mithril Pocketwatch.
So what's important, the (very) higher stats, or the hit rating?
Need some help about this...

Also is the ele spec ok?

avoid mps per 5. you mainly want to focus on get ur hit 10.60% then stack sp haste. Sheild are almost immpossible to find so take whatever u find.

Always remember:
Hit (till hit cap) > SP > Haste > Crit

You have your healing gear on now so I have a hard time commenting on it... Unless thats what you had in mind for the ele spec - I hope not.

You need to get to the hit cap. Since you're a space goat you'll need 10% (263) if you're raiding with a shadow priest or a balance druid - or 13% (342) if you don't have 'em.

You ele spec seems ok - but you need to get an LB glyph. Drop you FS glyph for it.

Ok thx for the advice. But the resto gear is all i have so i'm trying get 4pc t9 now + some other from badges
