Quel'Thalas, I wouldn't exactly call it 'creepy', I actually quite like that place.

Newman's Landings(like Kiru suggested) seems rather creepy though if you pay attention to details.

Oh, and another really obvious one, if you go to the Ruins of Lordaeron Throne Room, and turn your ambience way up (and probably music and other sounds down low) you can hear the lines from the Warcraft 3 Cinematic in which Arthas kills his father being played.

Another is, if you kill an imp-type creature (Grell/Grellkin/Vial Familiars) their thumbs move back and fourth and they blink. Its certainly odd. o_o

Theres an apple tree on one of the floating islands in Nagrand (its near Garadar if i remember right) theres bunch of apples laying near it with a skeleten laying against the tree with an axe in its head.

Also lets not forget Vishes one of the creepyst NPCs you will ever find.
