3DS: Best Lineup of a Launch System ever? Possibly

I'm not one for buying systems at launch, even the backwards compatible ones. I usually don't see a lot of big incentives for early adopters. The price is usually higher than it will ever be, the possible hardware bugs haven't been recognized yet, the support is usually uncertain, and most importantly, launch lineups are almost always weak.

The 3DS broke the weak lineup trend. So much so that if even a 1/3rd of the "good games" on this list hit at launch (which is normal), it will be the best launch lineup ever! (subjective based on my opinion until Metacritic quite possibly makes the opinion more objective).

I mean, WOW! Not just several huge IPs from Nintendo (some quite welcome after a long leave of absence), which was expected, but look at that 3rd party support as well! Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, and Kingdom Hearts? The SMT series (3 of them!), Professor Layton, Bomberman, Etrian Odessey, the Sims 3, Super Street Fighter 4 (WOW), Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid...and this is just currently announced! I could literally not believe what I was reading at first!

This will be the first Day 1 of a system for me ever, and I can't wait! I hope I'm not the only excited one.

I wonder what the launch list will look like when a new wii console comes out.

3rd party support FTW, even if you compare this to xbox and ps1's lineup for the next 3 years it's killer.
Variety is the spice of life.
