INTRODUCTION
We are currently reshuffling and expanding our guild focus before Cataclysm hits. To that end we are on one side looking for serious and dedicated (yet lighthearted) raiders who are able to attend at least twice a week 19:30 - 23:00. We are also creating an Achievement group that focuses on anything achievement related. Lastly if you feel like joining but either don't have the requirements or aren't serious on raiding or achievements you are free to join as casual. I'll explain the 3 ranks in detail below:

RAIDERS
This group focuses on progression. In this case ICC and (soon) Ruby Sanctum. Raids are between 19:30 and 23:00. This 5 times / week. While we don't aim to be a hardcore guild shooting for server firsts, we do request of raiders to get online on time, prepared and able to join Vent. (listen is sufficient, talking even better) Goal is to clear ICC/RS before Cataclysm hits. (including hard modes)

ACHIEVERS
This group focuses on achievements. This means time will be spend in Ulduar, Tot(g)c, searching rare spawns, helping each other out and just collect as many points as possible. Raids are 19:30 - 23:00 with some exceptions in weekends. (afternoon raids). We request of achievers to show up when signed, have flasks depending on the content and it's helpful if you can at least listen on Ventrillo.

CASUALS
We don't expect you to uphold the 2/ week attendance requirement. We also don't expect you to go out of your way to try and get that new shiny achievement. However in return you shouldn't expect to be raiding every single week and pugging might be necessary. Both the raiding and achievers might need you on a given event and if the opportunity arises no one will stop you from joining.

REQUIREMENTS
For the raiding team we require a healthy ICC experience. Exactly how much can be different from person to person depending on class and specialization. If you intend to apply as raider make sure to add your current ICC 10 and 25 experience. Remember we expect 2/week attendance. Also don't bother applying if you’re not 18+.

The achievers have more forgiving requirements and instead of literal progression this team focuses on persistence and dedication. If you intend to apply as achiever make sure to add your current achievement score. While we don't decide solely on score, we do expect 6000+ which is really easily obtainable for any semi-serious achiever. Don't bother applying if you’re not 17+.

Casuals don't have any requirements at all. And if you feel like applying make sure to mention you want to apply as casual for the time being. It's always possible to get promoted later on to raider or achiever if you either have more time or you got more experience / gear.
