I believe it's Vindication, but you should probably check over at the official PvP forums. There are multiple people there with lists of what battle group is hot for which bracket. All you have to do is ask

Well it was already announced that BGs will be continent wide in Cata. So in a few months you'll have a much larger player base and won't have to worry about what sever or battlegroup you are on.

My server has 2 on alliance side that are very decent:
Names are insomnia and Wtb wotlk. Worth checking out if intrested I think.
