Sanctified Scourgelord 2/5 to 4/5

Hi all!
Im a blood dk from darkspear and i have a question.
What pices of tier is better for tanking to have bonus 4/5, atm i have chest and shoulders.
My option is:Legs + hands and change my boots with Boots of Kingly Upheaval (http://www.wowhead.com/item=49907) gains about 1k armor and lose some stamina....

You should get: Hands + chest first, then helm and shoulders.

Get the BOE Tanking legs, for the extra armor.

I'm using Sanctified head and hands always in my gear, on bosses that I need 1 extra CD (and therefore less HP) I use head, shoulder, hands and legs for 4set bonus.
I didn't want to take combination of
1. Sanctified Scourgelord Chestguard and Pillars of Might instead of
2. Cataclysmic Chestguard and Sanctified Scourgelord Legguards
because combination no.2 was waaaaaaaaay better.
I double checked it with my current gear (using www.chardev.org) it was like this:
Combination no.1 gave me 20dps (250AP), 0.16crit, (approximately) 0.69% avoidance and 1200armor more but also 20 expertise, 21 defense and 250HP less then combination no.2.

Since I would have only 17 expertise and 540def with combination no.1 (therefore probably won't be able to switch gear as much as I can now) I decided to take combination no.2 and Sanctified head, shoulder, hands and legs for 4set bonus.
