Okay this is just getting fucking retarded. As the patch is downloading it keeps aborting at 99%. I know alot of other people are having this problem to so if anyone has found a solution please post it here. Tried everything from checking off the options in internet expl. and running a bunch of different shit deleting mpqs re-downloading the patches etc. everything short from uninstalling the fucking game and waitng all fucking day to see it not work again.
