Default Blizzard combat text with changed font and for some perverted reason also MSBT showing at the same time.

Those around the head of the mob are the blizzard default, with a changed font.
The others are Mik's Scrolling Battle Text (MSBT) with by the looks of it, little to no customisation.

You can tell WoW changed the MMO for good when players started complaining about the amount of time they sink, into a time sink.
