Skilled Tank LF Raiding Guild

Hello. I am a death knight blood tank named Rellidor on the US rppvp server The Venture Co. I have been looking for a raiding guild/group for a long time now. I have joined several in the past but nobody ever shows up at the right time and raids are delayed or never get off the ground.

I am willing to server transfer. I have about a 3k wow-heroes gs and 5.5k in game. I am looking for a good raiding guild that consists of people that actually show up for raids on time. I will raid into ICC, cataclysm, and further with whoever I end up with. I will discuss my available times with you.
