The screenshot doesn't break the NDA at all since it is a screenshot of the day from the official Blizzard site. It is a screenshot which is from this weekend. I do think the OP is dumb for using a completely different link instead of just linking to worldofwarcraft.com where the screenshot is actually from.
Heck, the screenshot has even been posted on the main page of this site.
