why the hell chain heal got holy animation when casted and slighty toooooo holyish yellow color?

It used to be alot worse. The chain heal beam used to be pure yellow. At least now it looks more 'greeny' and nature.
But to answer your question, I doubt anyone here knows, instead why not mail a developer to see why they made it that way

because blizzard is too lazy to create a new spell cast animation, though I see nothing wrong with it.

Did you see the first animation of Chain Lightning ? Clear blue beam. Althought the original sound of CHL was damn awesome
