Anyone else aggroing tons of low level mobs since patch?

Ever since the patch whenever I aggro a gray level mob, it seems that every mob around it aggros aswell and I have not had this problem since tuesday

I'm not sure if its just me but it has been happening alot while i'm doing loremaster or level 60 dungeon farming
