10 mans all the way...

I really have no idea at this point. However, there have been some rumblings that some of my old guildmates from my old guild might try to convince the old GM to come back to WoW just to manage a 10-man guild. If that's the case, I definitely want to join that.
I hope my guild continues 25s, I really despise 10s.

10 Mans. I don't care about progression, Molten Core destroyed my enjoyment of anything above 10 man groups, and it's just more fun to be with 9 people instead of 24 other people, with that ONE guy whose yelling at people for their DPS, or yelling at the tank for not having the right gear/gem/enchant, or yelling at the healer for not having their stats min/maxed.
10-man raids are just more fun, relaxed, and enjoyable to me. I'm playing this game to unwind, not to listen to some guy a crossed the country try to act superior to me in a damn video game.
25. I'm in a guild very successful 25 man guild already so we plan on running 25s.

killing a new raid boss is like having multiple orgasms only better.
the guild I'm in now does a lot of 25 raiding and I enjoy raiding with them, seeings how for the most part everyone is fairly intelligent and doesn't sit there and start fights for the lulz, so if I stay with them I will probably continue with 25 if they do. if I join my friends guild (which he's planning to start when cata drops) it'll be 10 man and probably some 25 pugs if we get bored/ambitious enough. so who knows, I enjoy raiding 25 with the guild I'm with now, but 10 does go faster without the number of people, how long you have to wait for everyone to get back...
Amen, I quit WoW at the end of ulduar because while i was a hardcore 40 man raider back in vanilla i hate large raids for all the reasons u quoted. 25 still ia annoying because its still alot of people to rely on im more of a fan of 10 man cause u can do it with 10 good friends etc less drama etc, and less people to rely on. In a 25 man you can have 15 amazing players held back by 10 people who are "friends" or not as skilled but needed for an extra body.
Not to mention with 25 man raids you need to keep players who are assholes just to have them to fill space etc. My old guild was amazing at 10 mans but sucked at 25 because we had the same 10 bad players who held us back. Never got my black proto because someone would die on fn heigan etc...... like really? Got plagued easily tho lol.

As someone wrote earlier..
10m, less people to make mistakes, less qq about loot, less everything.
I just do 25m cos its better loot and so my toon can be as good as it can be.

a cash cow is well established brand, business unit, product, or service, that generates a large, regular, predictable, and positive cash flow. Cash cows are often 'milked' for developing, promoting, or supporting new or struggling counterparts.
Signs of a cash cow
* Product variations
* Customer segmentation
* Pricing flexibility
* Cost reduction
* Targets specific competitor
Depends on what the guild wants. I hope 25s though, just so we aren't part of that annoying bandwagon of "Hey, Blizz ruined 25s so we won't raid them!"
