<Haribo> 9/12 ICC 25 HC Needs Healers!!!

<Haribo> are looking to expand on our already very good core of raiders. We are looking for dedicated players. We are a guild with mature players, so adult humor is to be expected in most of our conversations. Our goal is to have fun while raiding, but not at the cost of progression.

Our progression so far on the horde side is :
ICC10 Normal - 12/12
ICC10 Heroic - 10/12
ICC25 Normal - 12/12
ICC25 Heroic - 7/12 (and going up fast)

Raid Days & Times
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
20:00-23:00 ST (Server time)

Recruitment

We are currently looking for any hard hitting range DPS and good healers, primarily looking for a

Boomkin,
Elemental shaman,
Holy Paladin,
Resto Shaman,
Holy/Disc Priest
Holy Paladin



Anyone who feels they are exceptional can feel free to apply though.

Requirements to raid

Reliability - You must be able to make at least four of five raid nights, and you must be on time and ready to go for every encounter.

Resourcefulness - You must be very skilled and knowledgeable, and willing to do research on your class, as well as every fight. Be open to taking constructive suggestions, and be constructive when giving suggestions to others.

Perseverance - You must be patient, willing to learn and progress, and constantly give it your all. This includes bringing consumables. You must understand the fact that not all bosses will fall dead into your lap.

Fun and Responsibility - You must have a great attitude, and a fun sense of humor. If you're an overly sensitive person, <Haribo> may not be for you. We do dig at everyone and do not hold back!

Past progression - We would like to see applicants coming from an already well progressed raiding background, preferably with more experience than "I have downed the first 4 bosses in ICC" which lets face it, is puggable. This is not a definate requirement, if you can write a good application and justify yourself, you'll be fine, this 4/12+ in 25 man is not set in stone.
