It shows 100% on the gear that has durability

All good feedbacks will be thanked ... all trolls and flames will probably be banned

I can go a little bit better although not sure if you know it already his entire UI is TukUI i cannot link as newbie on here but im sure a google search will produce.

Salystra, "Fizzle" has been around for nearly 4 years. Yes, the screenshot he posted is of TukUI, but the addon he was asking about is "Fizzle". The idea is to answer the question that's asked, not to identify the UI - unless that's the question, of course.

Some LDB display I believe. Perhaps StatBlockCore, where that just acts as a display for seperate "Plugins" or "Feeds" much like Fubar and Titan Panel do.
Wowinterface has a section specifically for Broker's and the displays, and curse while also hosting them, did not as far as I could find have a specific category.
