    Well... you could just resize on paint and post it, it is the easiest method.

    The easiest method is to host it on imgur.com (if not already), it automatically creates thumbnails for you that you can access via adding s/m/l before the .jpg.

    Noteworthynerd's big and complicated guide to resizing your pictures!

    1) Go to www.imgur.com!



    2) Click on "Computer"!



    3) Navigate to your picture, highlight it, then click "Open"!

    4) Click "Start Upload"!



    5) Click on the "Large Thumbnail" option



    6) Copy and paste the "Linked BBCode (message boards)" option!



    7) Profit!
