Blizzard will not use the information for any reason other than pursuing such violations.

Blizzard already monitored and logged every single chat inside WoW from /officer to /whisper, it's nothing new. The probably have full chatlogs from whole 6 years saved. What's new is that they reworded EULA to include the cross-game battle.net chat into the same monitoring.
Never going to log into this garbage forum again as long as calling obvious troll obvious troll is the easiest way to get banned.

I actually just went through that agreement section.
I've always had some idea they were already able to do it but seeing it in writing and requiring it in order to even play is.. a bit discomforting.
